Prevention, Good Health, and Longevity in Tibetan Medicine
January 21st, 7 p.m, Kiva Auditorium
In this hour-long presentation, Dr. Dickey Nyerongsha introduces her forthcoming book, Tibetan Healing and Ancient Wisdom for Modern life and presents key elements that Tibetan physicians work on with their patients including prevention, principles of longevity, maintaining and recovering good health, as well as rejuvenation. She will provide useful tips on diet and other matters, and will demonstrate how knowing your particular body type allows you to make healthy, informed lifestyle choices.
